We guarantee our units to be as described and pictured. If you are in the area, you are welcome to come by and inspect the unit you intend to rent BEFORE placing a deposit. Call 805 835-8114 to set up an appointment.

Policies regarding deposits:

14 days or more before your reservation date, we will cheerfully refund your deposit minus a $50.00 processing fee.

We will change the dates on your reservation at no charge whatsoever, assuming of course that the new dates are available at the time of the request, and it is more than 14 days to your original reservation dates.

We realize that plans change, and your deposit may be applied to future rentals in the same year, minus the $50.00 processing fee more than 14 days to your reservation. 

Less than 14 days, your deposit is non-refundable.

There are no refunds given on early returns.
